Name: Major Mitchell

Lodgings: Nice size. Nanny and Pa stayed in a cute little room that could only fit a fridge, two beds, a chair, a cupboard, and a TV the size of a 3L milk bottle. Our spot had a kind of privacy screen, a good sized concrete slab for table, chairs, etc, and
Facilities: Good, clean kitchen very close by, with hot water, fridge/freezer, heaps of barbecues and four sinks. And, can you believe it? We had our own toilet/shower!
Night Noise: Good. A little traffic noise from the highway, but there wasn't much, because the road wasn't that busy.
Sun: Although our eating place had no sun this morning, there was heaps of sun behind the caravan, and heaps of space too, so we migrated there for breakfast. :)
Longreach
Name: Longreach Caravan Park
Address: Ibis Street, Longreach
Lodgings: We had a good sized plot(without an ensuite this time. :( ). Nanny and Pa had a unit again, this time with an entire kitchen, two double beds, and a single bed to boot!
Facilities: We didn't really see any communal kitchens here... I had a shower there, and it was really nice after two days solid driving!
NIght noise: I didn't notice a thing - must've fallen asleep pretty fast!
Sun: Plenty!
Other: There wasn't much grass - but a LOT of red dirt! There was a really cool australian landscape painted on the front building. :)
